Appreaciation

Firstly , I would like to thank my parents who have helped me in doing this task. My parents had guide me and rectified my grammatical mistakes. My english teacher, Puan Ng had guide me in completing this folio too. Such as teaching me how to upload a picture into your blog and many more. My friends have helped me too. Thank you very much ....

Reflection

By completing this folio, I have learnt a lot of new words and the meaning of the words such as the meaning of conflict and many more. I also get to improve my essay by doing the story review. The title of the book is " Holes in the Fence". The book was very interesting by the way. Anyway, I have also learnt another meaning of "cool". That's all !

The Meaning of Conflict and 3 Ways to Cool Down

Conflict happens to everyone, but how we handle them can make a BIG difference ! Sometimes when we're mad, we may say or do things that we don't mean. We might regret it later. Many conflicts can be worked out, if both sides can cooperate. Sharing or taking turns using the thing that you both want is usually the best solution.

3 ways to cool down :

1) Do something you enjoy.
2 ) Take a walk
3 ) Listen to music

The Person whom I think is cool

Yes, I believe she is cool. She is Karen Lum Siow Mun. She is my best friend. She loves to help others. She is also a kind and friendly person. Karen also loves to study and she will share her knowledge with others. She is a diligent person too.

Why am I cool ?

Yes, I think I am cool because I am always ready to help others who need help. I like to study and work hard to score in my examinations. Besides, I will also try and give my best to achive my parent's wishes, so that they will be humble of us.

The Meaning of Tolerance

Tolerance means the atittude of someone who is willing to accept other people's belief, way of life.

My trip to Malacca with my great-grandmother and my aunts !

I went to Malacca during my last school holidays with my great-grandmother and my aunts. They are from Taiwan . They speak in Mandarain and Hokkien. I have no idea what are they talking about because I don't understand Mandarain and Hokkien neither. Anyway, I had a fun time with eventhough I don't understand a single word they say. We stayed at Puri hotel which is located near Jonker Street. We were there for 2 days 1 night . We bought lots of things such as keychains, postcards, batik and many more . I love eating the Nyonya deserts ! Is delicious ! Yummy... We bought lots of stuff because things are much cheaper there. That's all !

My trip to Kuala Selangor with my mother !

Last month, my mother and me went to Kuala Selangor to see fireflies. We can only see them clearly when it is dark. We need to sit on the " sampan ". It was quite scary because the river may have crocodiles . Luckily, there was none when we were there. The fireflies was amazingly beautiful . Do you know this amazing insect only have 3 months of life span ?? The lights comes from the abdomen. We are not allowed to catch them so that this amazing insect will still be around for the next generation. After that, we take a slow drive home . We reach home around 10 pm. Immediately, I went to bed. It was quite tiring but I had a fun time with my mother.

Mother's Day is coming !

I made a card for my mother . But I am not sure if it is nice ! I hope my mum will like it . I have no idea what to give to my mum as a present . :(

Story Review :

This story is about a boy who has a bad temper. His family members and friends do not bother about him. He looses his temper easily. He apologised to his father and his family for loosing his temper so easily. He asked his father to help him. So his father helped him by asking him to knock screws to the fence everytime he looses his temper. After a few weeks, the number of screws on the fence is getting lesser. In the end, he is cured.

My favourite part of the story is when he asked his father for help and he is willing to change into a better person.

My Book Review

This story is about an ungrateful boy. He always ask the tree for many things. As he grow old, he does not care about the tree anymore unless he need something. The tree is very sad. The tree is so caring to the boy but the boy does not know. After many years, te boy become an old man. He return to the tree and rest on the dying roots. The tree is very happy. This story is very interesting. I recommend you to read this story. You could borrow this book from th school library. I hope you will enjoy it !

My fourth week at school

My fourth week of school was quite fun. We had loads of homework as usual . Last week, ko-ko on Wednesday there was no stayback because it was the last week of the month. I am very proud of my school because we are one of the school that was chosen as the one of the high performace school. My principal was extremely happy, of course . So good that no school on this coming Monday ! YEEPEE ! Can enjoy and get to take my time to complete my homework. Wakakakak ! Ok I guess that is all ! BYE BYE !

My First Week of School

My first week of school is great ! I had learnt a lot of things such as how to construct proper sentences, how to write essays and much more. I am very happy to be in 6 Bestari and get to be with my friends again . Puan Ng is my class teacher . She is a very nice and kind teacher. I am happy that she is my class teacher. She teaches us English and Pendidikan Seni . So that is all I am ! Bye bye !

Today was the second day of school. It was fine except that there is homework to do ! My homework was Math today but I had done anyway. There was one thing that I was very happy . Thing was...try guessing it, thing was my mum canceled my chinese tuition. I was extremely happy. My mum canceled it because ....I will tell you personally cause is a long story .Ok bye bye ! Got to go !

Hi ! My name is Wong Shu-zen. I am 11 years old going to be 12 . I am studying at Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Bintang Utara . I am in 6 Bestari the top class in the whole standard , I am so happy not because I am in the top class. The other reason is I get to be with my friends.My hobbies are reading books and going on vacation. I have no siblings, that means I am the only child. I am happy to be the only child anyway. But sometimes I wanted to have a sister or a brother to play with me. I am not sure what I want to be because there are so many jobs I want to be. So I will think about it when I am older.
